Breath-taking views

This was my first visit and it truly is a beautiful location especially for weddings, picnics or photo shoots. Just being able to go and absorb the view is a blessing. A must see.

views are absolutely stunning but please only visit in mid afternoon and do not go alone, unfortunately due to the crime both in Trinidad and overseas all potential thieves will see opportunities if you go alone

Very scenic. Breathtaking landscape of Scarborough and environs. There is a museum that catalogs the rich history of the island of Tobago.

Hill top fort a mountainous drive out of POS. Well maintained gardens and small garrison fort with cannons overlooking the port. Cooler than POS due to the altitude. Nice place for a walk or a picnic Dangerous to visit after dark

Located in the hills of St. James, this historical site was established in the early 1800's to protect the borders. This site is well maintained and one can sign the guest book in the great house. There is also a telescope located on the fort if you want to zoom in on the city. If you want to have a... More

Fort George is a little known gem in Trinidad. The place is clean is manned by security and there are no vendors harassing you. The view is fantastic - you can see the entire Queen's Park Savannah as well as the sea coast. I also saw a savannah hawk circling the fort. The fort's infrastructure is well preserved from the... Heard For George provided great views of Trinidad. The drive up is harrowing at times and you get to the top the views do not disappoint. We spent about an hour hear just taking in the views. A couple of stray dogs kept us company. A lite rain came while we were there. The canons were never fired, I was... More

Do not miss this place if you are visiting T&T. It's a bit of a small hike up but the effort is totally worth it. A few historic buildings and a view that will leave you breathless. A must visit when in POS.
