Ms Tulip was the absolute nicest person I've met on the island. She welcomed me into her shop and had a lengthy conversation about my life and what I'm doing on the island. I got a bar of handmade soap, and it was absolutely wonderful. I have been using it for washing my face, as I have very sensitive skin,... More

We were so tired of the same old same old jewelry, pseudo arts and crafts etc. when we came across this absolute gem! Unique, fresh, handmade arts and crafts, jewelry, treasures, soaps and more. The owner is amazing, friendly, beautiful and welcoming. So happy to have discovered this!

If you're tired of all the "fine" jewelry being shoved down your throat in Caribbean ports, you must visit this shop. It has one-of-a-kind pieces created by local artists at very reasonable prices. I wanted quality shell jewelry and I found exactly what I was looking for. The owner is a wonderful person to meet and deal with. I cannot... More

Really unique shop off the main road in town, with local, hand-made arts and crafts. It was great to meet Tulip, the owner/artist, and check out some of the projects she had made and was currently working on. She was so friendly and passionate about her work, which was beautiful and unique. We ended up getting a painted bowl and... More

During our travels we love to buy items from local artists who truly represent the region we visit. We found a real gem in Tulip @ Tropical Creations. We bought art that she hand painted & decorated, made from a gourd & functional cups made from coconut. Tulip is gracious, passionate about her art & knowledgeable about the history &... More

Wandered into this marvelous little shop while wandering the beautiful Royal Dane Mall looking for a restaurant that had been highly recommended. Tulip Fleming, the proprietor/resident artist was gracious, welcoming, and a pleasure to spend time with. The art is not the usual 'tourist' stuff that you will see in a hundred stalls. In fact, I found myself thinking of... More

What a delight ! .... We stopped in town during our island visit for a late morning breakfast and shopping. Walking through one of the several narrow walkways, we entered Tropical Creations. The shop offers one of authentic, handmade art work, apparel accessories, along with a variety of clothing for women. The resident owner/artist who hadn't found her artistic talents... More

This shop is a little difficult to find but worth the trip to see Tulip & her work. Love the bowls that she paints. One of only two shops that sell handmade local goods and not things made in China. Look for Glady's Cafe and you will find Tropical Creations.

This tiny boutique was hidden in an alley near Glady's Cafe. There were many handmade items and other that attracted our attention. One of the craftspeople works in the shop and was very informative and just plain fun to talk to. A special little gem of a shop.
