We took the Fast Ferry from Road Town to St. Thomas on our way home. It was a great ride. They kept us informed the whole way of what we were going to encounter, when we got in how long it would take us to dock. Great time...

Yes, it’s fast! We’ve done it a few times. The only slow part is getting off and going thru customs,... More

The Ferry goes from Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas to Road Town, Tortola. Its air conditioned has a snack bar, comfortable seats, inexpensive. Its a clean Ferry the trip is scenic, and starts out on schedule. With immigration, facility and ferry problems the schedule is not always on time.

The ferry was on time, air conditioned and had a small snack bar. The seats were comfortable with a table for snacks or papers or electronics. You could also go forward on the bow outside go see the beautiful scenery. A great way to travel.

Round trip from St. Thomas to Tortola. The Saturday Noon ride to Tortola departed a full hour late. At the Tortola end, we had a full hour wait to clear customs, so we were quite a bit later than we had expected. The return trip at 7AM on Monday morning was much better. So, my advice is to allow plenty... More

We paid for the round trip to Tortola from home weeks in advance. We would have also paid for the discounted transfers from the airport in St Thomas. When we checked in at the ferry office the man told us "I take care of your bags and you take care of me" a little pushy but I try to tip... More

The bag person demanded a tip to take my bags & didn't even say thank you. The ride was smooth & they let us go on a ferry on a different schedule than we had pre paid. I appreciated that... They have snacks & drinks too.

The Ferry service ran on time and the employees ensured that we went to the correct locations to keep things moving despite the busy docks due to multiple large cruise ships. The personal attention was appreciated
