Beautiful water! It was quite crowded compared to the other beaches. You do have to pay to get in and for beach chairs. There are other beautiful beaches that you don't have to pay to get into.

One of my favorite beaches in the Caribbean. Mile wide beautiful white sand beach. Crystal clear water. Entry fee for non-residents is $5 per person. Chaise chair rental available from gift shop for $8. No umbrella rentals. Full bar. Limited outdoor restaurant. Great beach for...More

Just found the Beach too narrow, albeit pretty long, but there isn't much place to just lay out, especially if it's crowded. The water is calm, but not as clear as Cinnamon Bay in St John! Definitely had our best time chatting it up with...More

We stayed at the Ritz but took a taxi up to Magens Bay one day to check it out. Beautiful beach, calm water. There are beach chairs, loungers and floats available for rent. They have a restaurant with great food and bar. Nice relaxing day.

What an amazing beach. The sand. The water. The view. The bar. This beach has it all. If you are visiting St. Thomas, this is a must on your list of things to do.

This bay is beautiful, quiet, family friendly (but with a bar, of course) with watersport and beach rentals (kayaks, SUPs, lounge chairs, etc) a small gift shop and simple eats. Lovely and uncrowded...it's a distance from the ship landings so not too many venture out....More

Thankfully I did not see any that would disturb the beautiful natural cove. It is situated near a high cliff where you can view the entire bay from above. God's natural parasail view!

Yes we took a safari taxi to Magen's Bay and he actually waited for us for 2 hours as it was late afternoon. Gave him $20 round trip per person including tip.
