We swam across from Hawksnest as the parking to walk down the hill is limited to approximately 4 vehicles. The water is extreemly calm and the tire is a great additional.

Our friends stayed at the cottages on Gibney beach, we visited everyday, and having the beach on your front porch is wonderful! It's a great sandy beach that does see some minor waves from time to time that makes for good boogie boarding for little...More

We spent a day at Gibney Beach and found it to be beautiful and peaceful. It is a short swim from Hawksnest and is a local social spot for locals.

This beach has beautiful soft white sand. You can walk out really far and the water is still waist level. The kids loved the tire swing!

This is a pretty beach and has a tire swing that goes out over the water. You could swim to this beach from Hawksnest. The parking is enough for three cars and that’s it. You park at this large iron gate and walk through it...More

This is by far my favorite little beach to go to get away from people. The only reason we knew about it was because it's right across from the house we were staying in. Otherwise it's not advertised at all and there's no signs about...More
