The good news: this world-class stretch of white sand and turquoise water is St. John's most photographed beach, which features a marked underwater trail for beginning snorkelers. The bad news: because of its popularity, it can get very crowded with cruise ship passengers and members of sightseeing tours.

This is a great park. A must see!

This is a beautiful park that has a gift shop, a grill, showers, and a place to snorkel. The beach and underwater snorkel tour is wonderful. It is well worth the trip.

Wow! This is an Amazing place to be, even with a big tourist "cruise ship" croud, there is still enough beach to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Booked an excursion from St Thomas when on our cruise to go to Trunk Bay and snorkel. The boat ride over was beautiful. Once at the beach we snorkeled the snorkel trails and saw a baby stingray. Wish we could have spent a little more time there but I injured my toe when I dropped something on it. This is... More

Crowded? Yes. Worth it? Yes. We took a ferry from St. Thomas to visit St. John's beaches. Trunk bay was on our list to hit. It was more crowded then the other beaches, but definitely breathtaking and beautiful. Wish we could have stayed here all week!!

Trunk Bay is awesome! I really understand why it is one of the best beaches in the world. The sand and water is just beautiful.. The day I was there, it had a lot of waves, but it was still amazing!

This beach is stunning. We rented chairs there ($8 a piece plus $25 each for a deposit that's returned). It was so peaceful. It did get very busy when a cruise ship group came but they were only there an hour. Otherwise it was not crowded at all. We did not snorkel there but we have heard it is a... More

Beautiful beach, but little crowded. Great place to get married at sunset. Permit is required to get married on this beach.

We went to Trunk Bay several times during our 2 week stay in Coral Bay! Absolutely loved it. The warm blue waters of the Caribbean Ocean are hard to beat anywhere. While we were there, there was a storm somewhere that created such big waves and the swells were marvelous to float on! Such fun!!

My husband and I came here on a day trip to St. John. This is a beautiful beach from the sand to the water to the snorkeling. It's very tranquil and secluded - perfect for relaxation. Definitely would recommend.

I had the good fortune to come here, first time, on my best friend's boat, so I am jaded in the best way--rent a boat, come here, ok with Darin, Captain Darin Keech 860-287-7956, have the time of your life. Snorkel, picnic, relax, listen to whatever music you want, Darin will take care of you. Me--- I just floated and... More
