Well worth a visit, especially as part of a walking tour, or a visit to the Matisse restaurant. The complex also features the Cenotaph, just behind the main building

We walked by the Supreme Court Building on the way back to Bay Street after visiting the Queen's Staircase, Water Tower and Fort Fincastle. There wasn't much to see. It was just a building. Admittedly, I didn't try to go inside so there may be more to see, but I honestly didn't think there was anything.
