We were taken to Government House during our trip to Nassau, it was very interesting and well worth a visit if you have the chance!!

Interesting history, but limited to walking only along the driveway on the far side. Gate and guards at the entrances, but allow you to walk along that area. Nice gardens area

Great to walk around and see the history of Nassau, very friendly people, just a taxi ride away from our hotel, and a short walk into the town

Nice spots for photos, as is Parliament Square. Patrolled by policed using the day and worth seeing if you are on Bay Street visiting the Straw Market.

I just wanted to share that there is conflicting information about this venue. There are two buildings pictured here - Government House and the Supreme Court building in Parliament Square. Government House is a pink and white house that sits on top of the hill...More

Easy to get to as it is right in front of the port . There are palm trees around it so it gives off a very tropical vibe.

Definitely worth a look see, and it's photogenic as well. Caribbean colors distinguish it from standard colonials. In this case, Pink.

If you have seen a few of these before, you will know what I mean. This is a pink one and a rather simple one for a seat of government. There is however, an aura here that is worth a look-see.

If you find yourself in Nassau, might as well see the sights! The Government House is one of them. Walk the streets, snap a photo in front, ooh and ahh, and you're done. It's hot, it's hilly, you'll want to keep moving and keep hydrated....More

We did not go in, this was part of the Foodie Tour. The History was very interesting and the view of the city amazing. Would have liked to have gone back when we had more time.
