We were expecting something else from sailing out. Very impersonal and no environmental informations. Everything that appear interresting is to offer extras not included in the package! Food mediocre.

Went and booked a charter with Captain Randy & Crew! First off a less then friendly van driver picked us up at Beach Club! Dropped us at Marina & pointed to end of dock to find our sail boat! Wow! Found the Barefoot sail & we are pretty jolly happy girls on vacation right.... spending $1400.00 on a private charter... More

Had an incredible day on 'Riding High'. Lots of sailing time in the morning. We anchored off Rose island, put on the provided snorkeling gear and jumped off the side of the yacht into the clearest water you've ever seen. Saw lots of colorful fish and a stingray in the distance. Pretty special. Meanwhile the captain is cooking a BBQ... More

Several issues you should be aware of with this company: They are cash only for a reason! They have many disappointed guests and they do not fulfill their contractual/agreed to obligations. I am sure that dealing with cash helps them to not have to deal with credit card disputes. If I had been able to pay with a card, I... More

My family have taken this trip on more than one occasion. If your interested in a quiet day of sailing and good barbecue, then this trip is for you. The ride is smooth and this crew treats you like family.

We booked the half-day sail and snorkel for our day in port on our cruise. The captain owned the beautiful 20+ foot sailing vessel Riding High and had 3 crew members helping out. The crew were all friendly, ship was in great shape, complimentary non-alcoholic drinks served (cash bar available) and there was a separate restroom for men and women.... More

My wife and I have not been on a trip without our children since our honeymoon. I wanted to make the first trip without them memorable so I originally contacted 3 companies to charter a private sailboat for the full day. All three got back to me by sending brochures. Eryn from Barefoot Sailing went the extra mile and and... More

So our family travels to the Bahamas every year and we keep telling ourselves... We aren't going on barefoot sailing again. Then we do and regret it. The trip was fine, don't get me wrong. But there are MANY excursion co's who go to this exact island and likely give you a more positive experience. We are regularly disappointed with... More

Captain Roger and Deckhand Jordon made my niece's birthday the best day ever. The snorkeling at Rose Island was spectacular. The sand there is beautiful. We had to be back on the Allure at a certain time and the crew made sure we had a great time and still made it back to the ship on time. We would do... More
