First of all - I LOVE PRINCESS CRUISES. This particular "excursion" requires you to hop on a shuttle boat to the island. Not the easiest transfer. The island is hot, loud and busy. There is a lot going on. I think you could do much of the sunning/reading/relaxing on the boat and enjoy the benefit of closer bathrooms, wait staff,... More

Princess cay is a beautiful little island owned and operated by Princess Cruises. I have stopped there twice and enjoyed my stay both times. If possible get off the boat early to grab a spot and rent a beach chair. Also, the food on the island isn't great so no need to eat if you don't need to. The water... More

This was the first stop on our Princess cruise, and we were really looking forward to it. What a disappointment! First, you have to take tenders to get there, which means waiting in queue for more than an hour. Then you have to find a spot on the sand with thousands of other people packed around you. If you want... More

This was our first stop on a cruise with Princess. Beautiful beach with lots of beach toys for those energetic beach goers, or for those who like to sit and take in the beauty. Nice shopping too.

Princess Cays is perfect for a low cost beach day. While the lounge chairs are free, we always rent a clamshell for the shade. We got on an early tender using our elite status and the beach attendant found us a clamshell facing the beach and ship with no one in front of us. The beach buffet is very good... More

Princess Cay is a tender port and should be considered a beach day. For those of you that like beach days....this is right up your ally. For those that are not into beach days, then either stay on the ship or take a tour of the island. The first time we were here, we did the beach day.......second time we... More

Like others say it is nice stop. Charge everything to your stateroom card and the free buffet is OK but can always eat back on ship. Best part is sheltered beach and no locals hassling you trying to hustle their goods. And beach chairs free. Good beach for young kids but few rocks to stay clear of.
