Beautiful area. Go at low tide and swim with thousands of fish Or be brave and jump in! This is where the James Bond movie was filmed.

There is enough light to experience this fascinating underwater world. On the ceiling are some stalactites. Visual range might be 30m in this absolute clear water. We even saw a small shark.

Amazing! A must see! You swim under a small opening to get in. Might be tough at high tide if you are really claustrophobic. But once you are in there, it is majestic. It was windy when we were there, so the waves were crashing...More

This is truly a must see. A place where one of the bond movies was shot, this amazing grotto- best seen at low tide- is a mecca of wildlife. There are TONS of beautiful fish and coral. It is neat to be inside and see...More

It is still an interesting place to see, especially for those of us who saw the movie "Thunderball"... you do have to watch the tides carefully if you are not a fit swimmer as the currents can push you around once inside. It is not...More

The grotto is incredible and full of fish. I advise trying to visit it early or late in the day as there can be crowds. It is much more beautiful if it is empty.

Less than five minutes boat ride from the Yacht Club, this is a great place to visit if you're a strong swimmer and someone who loves picturesque scenery. Usually, people have to wait until the tide gets a little lower (the tide at SC goes...More

This is a must do in Exuma! We went on a day tour with Island Boys Adventure. The kids loved snorkeling and swimming in the cave. Lots of colorful fish to see. A few adventurous souls jumped from the top of the cave!

We probably spent about 4 hours here diving in and out of different holes. Once in the Grotto there are so many different fish. We took old bread to feed them and they would just swarm around you. There were ledges to rest on inside...More

Be sure to park your boat close to the rock grotto. We were too far away and kept getting pulled into the current. Also be sure to bring snorkel gear and go during low tide so you can be sure to see it.

The tour should definitely be able to point out the easiest path in, but it's quite visible. It is on the far side of the grotto from the Yacht Club (this will make more sense when you are there!). You shouldn't have any... More
