There are within the park a variety of different landscapes through which you can walk - extensive mature woodland, strolls around the lake or across the large, well maintained parkland. There is a large car park with minimal parking charge. Approximately 75% of the park is accessible to wheelchair users (particularly if accompanied by someone to give them a push... More

There is so much that could be done in the Gnoll especially with the lake, woods and parks ready for an enthusiastic team to develop it. The old ruins and the walks are well laid out, with plenty of information available. The visitors centre and cafeteria is a nice place to relax after a country walk. All in all a... More

Gnoll park is somewhere we like to visit every few weeks. Beautiful scenic area whether it's with a family by the park, a leisurely stroll around the lake or a nice long walk with the dog. There is plenty of grounds you can cover here, I think we walked around for about 5-6 hours. Nice and quiet, peaceful.

I often visit this estate on a walk and see so many other people doing exactly the same thing. Lots for little ones to do in two playgrounds, a cafe with lovely warm coffee and teas and eats to warm you up!

Absolutely beautiful. My children love going for walks to the gnoll. A beautiful quiet place to go, you can take your dogs for walks here. Children's playgrounds are here and a cafe. Feed the ducks also. We love it here.

Brilliant parkland with some good walks taking you up to quiet areas for those who like to stretch their legs. Plenty for children, with play areas for different age groups, ducks to feed, small cafe and plenty of parking on site. Plenty of room to fly a kite or play football and there is coarse fishing in season. Love the... More
