Pretty walled gardens! Small woodland walk, lots of green space for children to play. Overall a nice family day out. I wouldn’t say this is an amazing not be missed place. But it is something different to do.

Pretty walled gardens that's part of Greenbank House. It was probably a bit late in the year to be visiting gardens as the flowers will not be at their best. The greenhouse is currently closed which is a real pity because from the outside, the flowers inside were the prettiest in the gardens. Generally it's a pretty, formal landscaped gardens with well manicured lawns. The pond with the Foam sculpture was an especially peaceful and enjoyable part of the garden.…

A great stop off travelling north to Stirling. These excellent gardens are full of colour and variety. Good value especially with a comprehensive guide book for 50p. A small cafe for drinks and snacks. If you have time some local walks near by.

Cant believe I've never visited this gem before, ciming from Busby i should have but after 50 yrs finally got round to it and it didn't disappoint. The walled garden is made up from hedge which gives it a feeling of a maze but with every turn you are in a secluded spot with benches and water features like you own private garden. Will definitely be back again. …

We spent a couple of hours strolling around the lovely Greenbank garden. We finished off our visit with the woodland walk, well worth doing! The staff were great and really helpful. Up to the usual high standard of the National Trust. Good parking.
