A beautiful but lonely place. Just a few gulls and the pounding waves to keep you company. The lighthouse was 'sounding' the day we were there so we took some pictures, sat in the big chair and admired the scenery before departing.

Beautiful spot to sit and watch the rough sea during or after a storm. Nature at its best. Not a tourist trap.

Visited the lighthouse on a foggy day and found it worthwhile even though you could see much. The sounds of the crazing waves and foghorn makes for an evocative setting. Have to come back on a clear day.

This is a great lighthouse to visit - an easy drive from Shelburne or Barrington. The location is picturesque, lots of great photo ops, including both the lighthouse and the requisite big chair!

A beautiful Lighthouse situated on the southern most tip of Nova Scotia. Beautiful view on a fine day and visited by hundreds during a storm, to capture the waves on camera.

Always stop to view the views and the waves. Really fun on stormy days but always be respectful of mother nature. Worth the time to see and close by the Town.
