Walking all of route 10 from the Tan's Camelia Garden end, up to the Gunung Jasar peak and down to the electricity substation will take a couple of hours and involves a steady, steep climb. Expect a tough walk up the mountain after a gentle starting path, huge views from the top (for us the pylon and electricity lines made... More

This was my first trail I tried in the Cameron highlands and I enjoyed it a lot. It starts at this beautiful garden and I had a little chat with Mr tan who told me a lot about roses and other flowers. Very passionate about flowers this man! Then immediately you are in the deep jungle. Unfortunately you can still... More

We found this hike a little challenging. We started from the brinchang end (near the substation). It was tough finding the start, from the main road you go up and up and up until you find the substation. Then walk past the lettuce, follow the fence of the powerstation over a creek thing and there is a rrrreeeeally conceled entrance... More

Not a bad walk, it's not too long and mostly Not strenuous, we were unsure where the route started but locals pointed us in the right directions, it's nice and cool through the trees

Starts at Tan’s Camellia Garden by Oly Apartments. There is no signs for the trail as these have apparently disappeared. Once you get to the pylon climb up the rocks to the right and follow the path and you come to a little clearing with great views, then take the path to the right down to the sub-station. We continued... More

Not as difficult as I thought I woud be. We done it in late sunny afternoon, no mud at all.On the top of.the hill, there was nice view over roling hils. Way down was even smother but after you hit powerstaion you just walk on paved road around new development and couple of illegal tipping sites.

This was the route of the tour that I got from Cameron Secrets tour. I felt like a newbie because I was the only person who was wearing running shoes, while everyone is wearing hiking shoes. I thought it was going to be an easy hike (although most people will argue that it is an easy hike). I think it... More

No. 10 is easy to find.... At least for most people. It took me a while. You can take the trail from two sides, both sides from tanah rata. If you go from the left. Keep following the main road untill the oily appartements. At the back the trail starts. Just follow the main trailpath. There are a few signs... More

We hiked Trail #10 on our second day in the Cameron Highlands. The trailhead was easy accessible (but not clearly marked) off a major road in Tanah Rata. The hike was not difficult but was steep in places. We hiked trail #1 the day before and found this hike to be a little easier and much less muddy. The payoff... More

Its hard too find the start off the way 10 behind a garden. They way up and down is though but you can do it with a family toi of you have time. The view over the plantages is good especially you know you haven't payed sth. for this. The main problem is the end off the walk. You can... More
