Nice stop

We stopped here on our way to LaPaz. It had a beautiful shrine and monument marking the Tropic of Cancer. Restrooms were horrible but better than nothing!

We were heading to Santa Rita thermal waters heading from San Jose and came across this sightseeing spot. It is beautiful and has its own little chappel, explains a bit of what the Tropic of Cancer is and what points it crosses round the globe. It is a great point of reference when going to Santiago, BCS...a reminder that you... More

We stopped at the roadside stop on the Tropic of Cancer. They had an interesting shrine there as well as several small shops that were open for business.

Cool art and architecture, an open air chapel and small shops selling artisan art from nearby villages- super cool.

Super cool. Didn't even know what it was. Very nice place worth the stop. We had gone for a nature travel for the day and has passed it on our way to Santiago.

I really enjoyed being there, perhaps even more because I didn't expect it at first. I went on a trip from Cabo San Lucas to La Paz and then back via Todos Santos. I like extreme things (the biggest, smallest, the longest, shortest, etc.) and standing on this marked line made me feel special. It's a beautiful place.
