It's pretty authentic place! expect this place to be full with lots of people spread across tables and a long bar. Mariachi plays, sometimes you get some dancing going on. Great for cold beers and people watching. You can always move to the back rooms to get a little more space.

Hussong's is a little bit of history. The margaritas, which were invented here, are strong and tasty. We had them on the rocks, but they make blended ones as well. 3 margaritas were USD 7.10. The bar is non-smoking.

We went on a Saturday night, unintentionally through the back door. The place was very alive with locals. Musicians everywhere. So packed we couldn't even get to the bar. Recommend visiting on a non weekend night.

During a recent visit to Ensenada on Carnival Cruise Line, at the recommendation from David of Valle Wine Life, we had the opportunity visit Hussong’s Cantina. If you are ever in Ensenada you must visit this cantina. Hussong’s Cantina is a rustic blast from the past with over a hundred years of history. Great western atmosphere for drinking with your... Hussong's cantina has been a local fixture of Ensenada for more than a 100 years. And the reason? because this is a great starting point (or end point) for a night of experiencing Mexican drinks and mariachi. You'll have a blast even though the place might seem crowded from time to time. Pro-tip: look up the "hussongs another brick in... More

Hussong's is a must visit if you are in Ensanada. As always it is a more relaxed atmosphere when the cruise ship is not in port. The saloon has been there for over a hundred years and was a favorite stop for the local miners. Pretty much original and not as touristy as the other bars around. Good photo opportunity.

Went here at opening off a Cruise with friends. It's somewhat of a tradition with us. Usually I get beer, but this time got a Margarita. It was tiny, but tasty and Cheap, so just have two. They have rotating Mariachi groups, take lots of 1's and 5's and your play list! Be warned, it's not fancy and they don't... More

Locals, tourists, nothing much has changed in this historic landmark. Mariachis always, great place to relax and enjoy the local color. You can even have your portrait done to memorialize your visit! Great tequila, beers..last time we visited a local wedding party visited with their family and friends. A must for tourists and locals!
