Found a little something for everyone - paintings, jewelery, figurines, textiles, tree bark art, posters. All local and in a cozy, well-located store just off of the cathedral plaza. Visit the square, get a locally sourced espresso at Doce Cuarenta and stop by Allende books while you're here. Highly recommended.

Wandered in and ended up purchasing gifts for the family and myself. Beautiful collection of clothing, art and goods are made by Mexican artists. The staff is vey friendly, and then even held my items while I ran to my airbnb to grab my debit card. Prices were not bad at all. I would recommend stopping by and checking this... More

The best place in town for quality hand crafted Mexican art. I had bad directions to this place so I didn't find it till the end of my stay. It's on the street to the left of the Cathedral (as you are standing facing it) only about a half a block up on the right hand side. It's in a... More

Just across from the Cathedral with increased unique handicrafts, great service, and prices. Get some gifts for your family and all those folks that couldn't come to Baja and shop at Cassa Parra..

Here you can find those things that will bring back fond memories of Baja and your Mexico visit. If you're going to live here like we are buy some art, furnishings, or decorative things. If you read Spanish there are some attractive books; if not ask Claudia to stock a few special ones in English.

Nice little shop with a variety of Mexican folk art. Various levels of craftsmanship. Bought pretty ceramic plate (not Talevera) and a block printed card.

What a relief to find a new shop with authentic hand-crafted Mexican artwork! The owner speaks excellent English, and was a wealth of information for each item. The shop is a half-block from the Cathedral, very easy to find. The front is unassuming, so don't miss it. She has textiles, pottery, food, jewelry, paintings, glass, home decor, and more. I...
