We booked a private boat excursion in advance, with the objective to see the whale sharks. Jaime in the office was very quick to reply by email and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. Our guide Hugo and the captain picked us up at the dock right on time. The boat was comfortable, with enough shade, seat pads, and strong... More

We have been to La Paz 3 times before this last trip and felt like we knew the town. Boy oh boy were we wrong. We booked the city walking tour and Hugo was our guide. Over the next 2-1/2 hours we really learned about the city, its history, its culture, its people and of course its food. Hugo was... More

"Hugo" was our (bilingual, fortunately) guide for the long boat ride to the island, and he was wonderful and passionate about his job, and love for the local environment. The boat was very nice and comfortable, with good shade and seat pads. We were lucky to have just 3 of us along so it was like a private tour. After... More

I chose Red Travel and it was the best choice I did! I got to see a shark whale and dolphins and also they treat us like home! Best option out there! And Manuel is the best guide you could have! It was a pleasure to go with you guys! Thank you for everything!

I took the excursion to espiritu santo island with RED recommended by a good friend. By far it was the best excursion I made in my trip, and I've done it all. The service provided by RED was outstanding, we went to the island in a little and very comfortable boat, they provided drinks, snorkel equipment and a delicious lunch... More

We did the Espirito Island day long excursion where they take you to the sea lion colony and snorkeling and the lunch at the private beach. Christian and Edgar were so awesome and knew a lot about the island and the waters around it. They were patient and informative with my three kids and my 72 year old mother in... More

Our family took the Isla Espiritu Santo tour and also did the walking tour of LaPaz. It was amazing. Christian and Edgar were our tour guides for the island tour and they were fabulous! We are a family of five with children ages 15, 10, & 8 and we brought my 71 year old mother along too. The guys did... More

This ranks as perhaps the best snorkeling trip we have ever had. Ten minutes from La Paz, we were in the water swimming alongside beautiful juvenile whale sharks. The trip to Espiritu Santa was worth the 45 minute boat ride (nice new boat, very comfortable), having spotted a whale and lots of fish larvae on the whale. The fish were... More

Our family went out with red travel to swim with whale sharks. The experience with the whale sharks was excellent, the staff were knowledgable and very friendly and helpful, and the food was great. A couple of things to consider - they are an expensive company - many other operators charge much less for the same level of trip. The... More

My parents, my two sons (ages 16 & 12) and myself..all went out with RED to swim with Whale Sharks. I was initially a little concerned that we would be one of those awful groups of tourists that feel the need to throw themselves at each and every wild animal with the most aggressive and largest splash possible. It became... More
