The beach itself is not crowded at all, except in the vicinity of the Rosarito Hotel and Rosarito Towers. I have seen crews cleaning the beach frequently in the popular areas and, right around there, you can rent jet skis, quads, horses and so on....More

I came at the end of December and the beaches were empty and many of the stores were closed. Perhaps in the summer I may give it a better rating.

Nice beach COLD water as in California. Horseback riding, parasailing, boating and fishing are offered through hotel and on the beach.

you'll be fine in mexico its all about cash ..its cheaper to pay them off then getting your insurance .. talk to AAA for advice but you'll be fine as long as someone can speak spanish

No fee. Pretty safe place. Most likrly they not even gonna stop you to check your passport, but you will be in line going back to USA:). P.S Rosarito has delicious tacos from the local restaurant( not the fancy places)

I've always driven my own car over so not sure about rentals, but I'm told they have uber.
