Playas is the North-West most corner of Mexico. A beautiful beach that starts at the USA Border Wall and goes South. With the Beach BULL RING as its ICONIC Symbol...this is a place to visit and see where Mexico begins. Many food places to visit...More

Be prepared to enjoy the view, food and entertainment. Have a time set aside for all the activities that it has to offer.

The food was authentic and cheap. The people watching was unlike the resorts in mexico. This place is where the locals go. There were two weddings when we went.

My family and I traveled to Playas de Tijuana in June of 2017 where we had an authentic meal with an ocean view. We went during the week so it was pretty dead, no tourists or anything really. The beach looked like an ordinary beach...More

Limited activities good sea food, small city with big soul that offers you a moment to make a reflection of the pain in both sides of the wall.

I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The beach was clean and reasonably maintained. Many families were out and about on the malecon and at the beach. There were ok food choices but not what I am typically used to for...More

A very nice city to visit. Right along the ocean; you can hear the waves lapping at the shore and feel the cool ocean breezes! A great place to just sit and relax! Interesting shops to visit. Vendors along the streets.

For all intents and purposes, Playas is one single beach. Currents are treacherous so swimming is only for the experienced and strong. The water rarely gets warm enough to enjoy.
