What a awesome area - one of the nicest ocean front beaches ever. It has pacific sand but the water is clear and beautiful. The fish are numerous and the area is known for snorkeling. Only problem we had was with some of the sand fleas in late evening or early morning.

Very nice bay with good hotels and warm transparent water. Fishes come and eat from your hand. They love bananas

A beautiful area in and around the Dream resort. The bay is sheltered to the ocean and is perfect for swimming and snokelling in the warm Pacific water.

Dreams was a so so. Beautiful views, staff was great. Food left something to be desired. Restaurants closed a lot of the time, ran out of Bud Light daily. Not consistent with other AMResort experiences...

Wonderful fish to see right off the beach. Walk towards the river to see many species of birds. The beach has a rather steep drop off, so be careful with kids or if you,re a non swimmer.

Great bay. Wonderful water. Good walking although steep in some places. Water warm and clear. September brings a change in seasons and waves can be big some days.

Tangolunda has the main hotels of Huatulco. It's a lovely place for relaxing, shopping handcrafts and souvenirs and eating. A great place for those who don't like too touristic places and appreciate nature, culture and friendly people.

Nice beach. The snorkeling was much better than I expected. Large schools of tropical fish (numerous varieties) whale sharks, whales, etc.

Tangolunda Bay is one of many bays that make up Huatulco. While no beach is technically a private beach in Mexico, not all bays are accessible since you would have to be a guest to enjoy the space. We happen to stay at Camino Real Zaashila located in Tangolunda bay and we did not encounter any outside guests entering the... More
