It is a beautiful area, but I went because my travel companion wanted to go. It is extremely hot in this environment so bringing water is a good idea.

If you like history, dont miss this small but important part of Southern MX , sure it is not the size of places like Tulum or Chichen Itza,but none the last a great little area for say 2 hr hike and see.

Nice walk. Beautiful ocean and river viewpoints. You can spot a sort of ant eater and gorgeous butterflies. Tiny museum with regional artifacts.

I believe so. They have steps, but different paths to take around. However the path to the ruin is not a smooth cement pathway, I believe it's kind of rocky in some points.
