We went here for the afternoon, had a good lunch and nice walk on the beach. We also stopped by the surf shop to discuss surfing on our upcoming return trip in march

The scenery is just amazing!!! The Sierra Mountains in the background, empty beach, beautiful waves and rocks in the water, mud bath creek, we didn’t need anything else. There is a little restaurant at the entrance of the beach which seems nice, and a surf...More

La Bocana is a great trip while in Huatulco. It costs 70 pesos by cab and feels like a world away from the busy beaches “downtown”. There are waves, surfing, and endless beach. When we arrived at 10am we were the second umbrella, by mid...More

Found this beach with some new friends on our last day of vacation. Our kids loved it as you can walk out a long ways and still only be in waist high water. Our kids are normally a little skittish in the ocean but they...More

It took us about 20 minutes and that was a nice stroll. But if you walk it has to be earlier because the sun is so toasty, even though you walk in some shaded areas.

Plenty of cabs around there to take you back. Also there are those that will call someone they know to come get you.
