Nice place to go for Dinner great atmosphere drinks and various types of live music also they close the plaza to traffic nice view of old town buildings and might sound like a broken record but great atmosphere enjoyed it.

Had a great meal and the ambiance of the holiday lights were great. The banda played and seeing all the small vendors and there goods after dinner was great. Get there early to eat and enjoy the sites afterwards.

I would highly recommend taking a trip to the Plaza Machado. It is a fantastic change from the Gringo areas in the Golden Zone. Great restaurants everywhere. Go after dark.

The Plaza Machado is in Centro Historico and is about a 30 minutes north along the coastal road, the Malecon. A nice taxi or pulmonea ride - but to far to walk.
