We booked Vallarta Eats Food Tour during our vacation to Riu Palace Puerta Vallarta. We were a family of 5 adults and 5 children (ages 12, 10, 6, 5, 2) so we had a guide on our own. I can not remember the ladies name because we did not have a good connection with her at all. First off when... More

I and nine of my friends went on the Signature Taco Tour last week and everyone of them raved about the experience. We, truly, enjoyed ourselves learning about Mexico, Mexican food and Puerto Vallarta. Memo, our guide, was superb. The tour lasted longer than intended because we all asked many questions and he was happy to give us complete and... More

Guys, you need to do this tour. We did the 10am taco tour and it was the best thing we did our whole trip! I regret we didn't have time to go back for the nighttime taco tour. Daniela was waiting for us at the appointed spot. We were joined by a couple and their teenage son. Daniela was prepared... More

We took the 10am Taco Tour in order to gain more insight into Mexican food and culture and we were not disappointed. Daniella was an excellent guide, very informative and always concerned for our well being with water and hand sanitiser on hand! We visited a number of street vendors and Daniella explained about the preparation of the fillings and... More

You haven't experienced PV until you take a Vallarta Eats food tour! The food. The culture. The variety. The guides. They were all perfect. We took a Signature Taco and the Mole, Pozole, and More tours. They were different and special in their own way. The Taco tour was a four-hour tour with over 10 (perhaps 12) tacos, all different,... What a lovely evening. Danielle was a wonderful host and guide. She took routes that allowed us to see the city at night. She gave full explanations of what was being served with some history. In addition, her enthusiasm for the area and the food showed. She was extremely considerate clearly trying to accommodate our wishes. The food was fabulous!!!... More

This is essential for anyone remotely interested in understanding the Mexican cuisine. And do it early in your trip to make all your other meals that much more enjoyable. Very informative, well paced and of course, delicious. If you are doing the day tour, do not eat a big breakfast.

Amazing tour of culture and food. Daniella was so kind, friendly and was very passionate about PVR and Mexican culture. It was about 1 hour longer that most any food tour we have been on and we've been on them in SF, NYC, Austin, New Orleans, Kew West and Chicago. But, it was still awesome. It was hot and sweaty... On our 1 day cruise ship stop in Puerto Vallarta, my husband and I were debating on whether we would do a zip line adventure tour or the Vallarta Eats Taco Tour. We're so glad that we chose the 11 AM Taco Tour with Vallarta Eats! Daniela Marin was our tour guide and boy, does she know her stuff. We... More
