El Borrego beach is a great sandy beach, good surf, plenty of space, but do not recomend the restaurants arround, lousy service mdiocre food, high prices for the place.

We spent an afternoon at this place. It is clean and wide with wonderful views and terrific restaurants that serve excellent and cheap cocktails.

Nice clean beach. Food is good. People are nice. Beautiful scenery! Can rent horses. To ride up and down the beach shore. Locals sell hand made jewelry. Fresh baked banana bread. Safe town.

Playa Borrego is beautiful with the palapa restaurants, clean sand and calm waters. Just enough wave action to make boogie boarding and body surfing fun, but keeps the surfers away. No hotels or condominiums! Very untouristy, you will see many more Mexican families than travelers....More
