We had a day trip to Zihuatanejo from Ixtapa. Nice lunch and swim at the beach. Great food at Coc Loco. Worth the ride from Ixtapa.

Busy beach filled with local and tourists. Restaurants galore. Lots of water sports activities. Plenty of snorkel rentals. We tried snorkel, water was wild and not a lot of things to see underwater.

Nice beach, but extremely busy. White sand with clear blue water. Not much to do besides snorkel or swim. Restaurants are fairly expensive. Water taxi is fun and cheap though! 50 pesos
