I looked forward to visiting the gardens and enjoyed the special exhibits on view, however, the gardens have not been well maintained. It has obviously seen better times.

Jardín Borda is a beautiful place to step out of the crowdy streets in downtowns Cuernavaca. Go there and have a walk through the gardens or visit some of the cultural activities

We read about the gardens and expected a small oasis, instead it was a garden with potential. The exhibits were mostly of contemporary art that were ok. Until a renovation is completed, my recommendation is to skip Garden Borda.

In my opinion this site should be much prettier than it is. While it is worth a visit, you can see it all in half an hour. There are current plans to upgrade this site, which is certainly a good idea.
