It is good to eat delicious and do not spent a lot of money. You can try mexican food and drinks. The only problem is that its difficult to get a chair, there are many people.

Small supermarket with products from Brazil, Argentina, Mexico mostly, and others. It is the only one for president products in the area. There is also a hot lunch service. I have never eaten here. Prices are OK.

We traveled from Puerto Vallarta on a 2 day shopping trip to Tlaquepaque and Tonala. We thoroughly enjoyed both areas but would have probably needed another 2 days to truly appreciate all of the sites etc ... Worth the trip for sure!

Just like every other market, but is close to historic city center. Access to local food and see locals buying daily necessities on the top floors. Good way to people watch.

El Mercado Corona was destroyed by fire a few years ago however there are several city blocks in the neighborhood of the now defunct Mercado Corona where you can buy fresh inexpensive produce, and dried goods including food stuffs, clothing and prepared food.
