My favourite place in Mexico. It is the biggest sanctuary of Mary in America. The structure and the faith of the visitors will astonish even those who doesn't have the same faith. You can get there by bus or metro.

There is an underground garage and it helps a lot to get by the crowds that visit this church. Truly impressive the new huge church and also the old one acroos. One of the top sights in Mexico City

There's an enormous modern cathedral where you stand on a moving walkway to briefly see the Virgin of Guadalupe painting while services seem to go perpetually in the main part of the church. There's also a grand old cathedral a few steps away across the...More

It was rainy and cold, but when we walked through the doors of the cathedral we felt warm and invited. This is a beautiful cathedral. Remember you are sharing it with a lot of people, so be respectful. While we were there a quinceanera was...More

this place is huge so take at least 1/2 if not a whole day to take it all in. it's a lot prettier than most of the pic's as there is a new and old section.

It's not so far from the airport, but I can't tell you how much it is. I think Uber should be a good selection to do it.
