All I can say is wow. We went on a beautiful boat ride and snorkeling trip with a large group of friends. One couple had to cancel because they got sick and aquaworld was happy to refund the money for the couple. That was a good start for a day if wonderful service. Our boat ride to the snorkeling spot... More

We are certified divers and booked this dive last minute at our resort. The booking process initially concerned me; the folks at the hotel were clearly there to close the sale. The dive operations however were impressive. We had a fast boast with plenty of shade. Safely was high priority. The dive master was professional and attentive keeping a close... More

My husband has never been diving before so we took this opportunity. Our resort set everything up, including training to dive, while we just had to show up and the boat staff did the rest! We went two separate days, and our boat staff both days were highly attentive, kind, and were great divers. They supplied all the equipment, showed... More

The dive masters were great, but the waves were so choppy on the day we went more than 5 co-divers got seasick. We were unable to dive the second dive per too ill. Other than that which is obviously out of their control, I would recommend this experience I just suggest if prone to seasickness to choose a relatively calm... More

Allowed myself to be sold a snorkelling trip with Aquaworld from a rep at the JW Marriott, Cancun. Was a bit dubious, but checked reviews and prices online first and chose to go back to the rep and pay an extra ~120 pesos to book through him as oppose to online - well he has to earn a living somehow.... I chose AquaWorld for my first open water dive. The staff was very attentive and I felt they were always watching to make sure nothing went wrong and nobody got hurt. Two Expert PADI divers per group of six beginners. The day begins with an instructional class, then practice dives in a shallow water pool and again in a deep... More

I was sold (by what felt like a used car salesman) a $499 trip for my 6 year old son to catch a fish, supposedly the only option at Dreams. The trip required him to wade into chest deep water and scramble onto boat. I reinjured my neck doing the same. That requirement alone if disclosed would have been a... More

The best 2 hours we spent in Cancun. I'm sure everything at Aquaworld is awesome. We originally signed up for the underwater scooters, but the water was too choppy that day so we opted for the jungle tour. We got our own little speedboats to drive, headed out through the canal and mangroves, and snorkeled in the coral reefs in... More

Our tip was amazing from the beginning to the end. We were a family of 11, with children all ages. Denis and Antonio were our crew on the ship. Both were super friendly. We took the trip to Isla Mujeres, were we had lunch, and then did some fishing. Just cruising in the aquamarine blue ocean was amazing. We saw... More

Super easy tour - everything ran smoothly and was very professional. They promised us big fish and boy did they deliver! Within 10 minutes of putting our lines in the water, we began catching fish- enormous barracuda, gorgeous red snapper, bonito to use as bait and more. For nearly 3 hours, it was nonstop action with hit after hit. They... More
