On a planned trip to Playa del Carmen we knew we wanted to do a tour of Chichen Itza but wasn't sure exactly how. It occurred to me that a private tour would give us more time to visit the Mayan ruins and have more...More

It gets really hot and there is hardly any shade at Chichen Itza. So bring sunscreen and clothes for the heat. You will also need to bring a swimsuit and towel for the cenote.
