One of the best reefs! The was ample marine life, warm water, and plenty of coral structures. We saw nurse sharks, lobsters, huge crabs, trumpet fish, shrimp, rays, and so much more. The huge reef structures were fun to explore

Wonderful reef, with many different dive sites. The variety of marine life made things interesting, as well as the coral formations.

My husband and myself booked a glass bottom boat trip. This trip took us to 3 different locations. We arrived at Palancar reef and it was beautiful. We snorkled the reef and witnessed several different fish as well as two barracudas. We enjoyed Palancar reef.

This dive provided the ability to float along and have the sea life come to you. Being face to face with them all was a delight

Not a lot to see. There are some fish but the reef is pretty much dead. It's a nice couple of hours on a small boat and snorkling but don't expect much.

We use Chichicharters for our trips but we like to be alone. Almost all the resorts offer a charter just ask they when you arrive and tell them where you want to go. Or go to chichi Carter's web site

Cabs are everywhere, and pretty reasonable. Some cabs take credit cards, so ask your driver. They take US dollars. Do NOT use the standalone ATMs that are on the street. They are notorious for eating your card and there... More
