Sandy and I have just returned from a short trip to Cozumel and among the many things we enjoyed, our last dive was Yucab Reef. There, we were enjoying a peaceful, relaxed dive, when we came upon our 2nd Eagle Ray of the day! After close to 300 dives, I saw my first Eagle Rays - beautiful, wonderful, exquisite creatures!

This was our second dive of the day and it was as good as SF wall. We were able to see a bit of everything (shark, sea turtle, lobster. moray eel)

I could dive this spot over and over and never get enough. Not as much current as some of the other places I dove. Just a nice drift dive. Can easily stop to "smell the roses" if you want to get some photos.

Like in Palancar the visibility was phenomenal. Is a shallow dive so it was great for our second dive. We saw quite a bit of wildlife!

Saw a barracuda and very colorful fish. Saw a beautiful sea turtle that was hanging right in reef - made a gorgeous photo.

But all the dives in cozumel are great, so do them all. We do this first when we have new divers, but even though I have thousands, I love this one.

Too strong of a current to enjoy. This has been a very usual season of weather and currents. Most are unexpected. Perhaps a day dive would be better

We got some great pictures from this reef dive as you can enjoy it from a shallower depth. We did both a day dive and a night dive on this reef. On the day dive we found an abundance of colorful fish and coral to captivate our attention. At night the coral is colorful, the octopus were entertaining and the... More

Had a great experience diving this reef. Lots to see and many opportunities for pictures. The current was a little strong when I dove but that was because of a storm.
