We did this site on our 2nd dive. It was nice. Great colors. Plenty of toadfish. A bit of a current, but hey, that's is Cozumel.

I've been on Tormentos Reef twice now, and both times have been spectacular dives. The colors you'll encounter on Tormentos are not to be believed.

Really enjoyed this fast drift dive. We had an excellent divemaster that got us down just before the reef so we got to go over a huge amount of it. Strong current though so be prepared. Would recommend for those who love drift dives.

Tormentos is a fast dive, but make sure dive boat driver gets you to the reef , not the wall or you will have to swim over to it...not good.

If you like sand and precious little to see this is the place to go. The reef is spotty with little there. It should be the place for ALL beginning divers and those from the cruise ship that want an "experience."

On last dive of my trip, our group came across three Eagle Ray sharks. Or should I say, they came through our group! They are so beautiful and graceful. One went right under me at about fin length. An amazing experience!

Look, really you cant get a bad dive anywhere on the Palancar reef, but usually on the way back the divemasters want to take you to tormentos ,back in the boat ,and back to hotel, Yucab or Dalila, would be lot better dives, now this is only...More

This reef is beautiful and the diving while shallow is very nice. This was probably my favorite shallow dive of 7 days of diving.
