Stopped here on a recent Harmony cruise but have been here several times before. This is a great, clean, safe cruise stop that is very easy to access and maneuver around. Many shops with a wide range of merchandise, including the obligatory jewelry shops. There...More

There are so many shops in this plaza! From cheap to expensive they have mostly everything here! We took a picture with a Native dressed in his attire. He was very nice! I will tell you one thing Margaritas are everywhere...

There are probably 100 souvenir shops, selling the same stuff. If one more shop keeper ask me if I want his sister, drugs, cigars or tequila - I think I will lose it. Is this really the message Mexico wants to convey to its visitors.

This square is the heart of Cozumel specially at night. A lot of shops to cater all tastes and prices, light fountains, music and restaurants of all kind. Very interesting place

Such a beautiful island! Do not miss a tour to Isla de la Pasión it's a beauty. The best and cheapest place to take breakfast is in the Mercado Municipal.

There are lots of shops and restaurants in the Plaza and you will be bombarded by vendors wanting you to by something. There is a water fountain and benches you can rest on. A trip to San Miguel isn't complete without seeing the Plaza.

This has obviously been set up for the tourists, plenty of shops with a range from souveniers to top end jewelry. Most shops have someone out front touting for a sale, and that is ok, as they are desperate for sales and you can negotiate...More

I stayed at one of the resort further away from the plaza but I believe if you are coming in by cruise ship, you come in at the plaza, everything is within walking distance, great area.
