Beautiful views from the top of the light house. Steps a little skinny (103) and have to crawl through opening to get to the outside of the light but well worth it. The boat tour thru the eco park was really fun and informative. Saw...More

We visited this as part of an Explora Jeep tour we had booked through our cruise line. The beach is very pretty and we had a very good lunch here. Unfortunately, we had very little time here (just over an hour) because we had to...More

This is a great place to see a small museum of the light house as well as Mayan ruins, crocodiles and enjoy the beach and restaurants in an Eco Park. Turtles come in to lay eggs as well.

The staff, grounds, food, and everything about it are great. I needed more time to do everything. I won't go back here through my cruise line because there is just not enough time, but I would go back on my own for a full day....More

Lighthouse had a great view! Narrow stairs to get to the top though. Small shops were there but they were trying to over charge for the small knick-knacks you can get them elsewhere for much cheaper.

this is an ecological park. The water is rough but beautiful. The hammocks were a great place to relax. The boat ride is informational, but I could have done without it. thankfully, it wasn't very expensive.

There were four cruise ships in port yet this place was not over run. We had a rental car. Entrance fee was about $14 USD per person. Opens at 9:00 and closes early ( maybe 5:00 or 6:00) Loved the view from the light house....More

Hello, Does the admission price include snorkel gear or does that cost extra. If it is extra, how much more is it. Thanks in advance

The park does not provide snorkel gear. We went to Papitos Beach Club within the park. You pay $50 for use of Beach, unlimited drinks and food. They provide snorkel gear.

Is it worth purchasing a shore excursion with a guide? Or is it reasonable to pay the entrance fee and bring our own snorkel gear? Do they have a place to rent snorkel gear?

no do it yourself.... the guides take you to the grassy parts... if your have your own snorkel swim from the red to orange floaty thats where the real reef begins.

Where is the location of the bike shop that you meet at to start the tour? there is no map location for this meeting point in the tour description. Once I know this location, do I need to provide my own transportation to the bike shop? Thanks
