Coty came to our villa near Tulum and made a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for our family. She accommodated the small children and nailed all the traditional American Thanksgiving dishes. She also did a cooking class with us at the house and was a great teacher! We all learned about regional yucatecan dishes and made a great meal together! Her and... More

I attended the Co.Cos cooking class and I can say it is guaranteed to exceed the expectations. Coty is not only a great chef, but an amazing host and teacher. With passion, talent and kindness she makes you feel at home and introduces you to an entire new world, helping you to discover and understand the stories behind every dish... More

Such a great experience. The attention to detail was superb. Not only did we have a great time learning the ins and outs of cooking some delicious recipes but we also learned many tricks and tips to help with cooking overall. I highly recommend this class. Personal and scrumptious time. Coty was a blast!

We were very happy with this 'adventure' on our vacation in Playa del Carmen. We chose the 3-course lesson which cost $115 per person. I was initially surprised by the expense relative to how much other things cost in Mexico, but in the end, I thought the money was well spent. We arrived around 9:45am for our 10am class at... More

I have been to the Mayan Riviera 14 times now, and was looking for something different. As a former chef, I thought this would be interesting and was not disappointed. Coty is a rare chef from my experience, both a great cook and a great teacher. The menu was fantastic, and a lot of fun to prepare and enjoy! A... More

This is the second time my husband and I attended a cooking class at Co.Co's Culinary School. What an excellent session. We brought two of our close friends with us from Canada, who were attending our wedding at the close by hotel (Grand Riviera Princess). Coty even drove us as it was just a few blocks away. This chef is... More

This was our second visit to Co.Cos Culinary School, and I'm sure it won't be our last. Coty is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable chef who helped us cook what appeared to be a complicated menu. It wasn't! We made several sauces, steamed fish in a banana leaf and even made a flambeed dessert. I'm confident I can recreate all of... More

We decided to take a cooking class in Playa del Carmen as a change from the standard tourist attractions and restaurants and we are so glad we chose Co.Cos! We've done several cooking classes both at home and on our vacations and this one was definitely one of the very best. The setting was comfortable, pretty and professional, the instructor... More

This class is the perfect option if you are the cook for your partner! I love to cook, hubby loves to eat what I cook, but wasn't interested in a five hour class - so he shows up after the prep work was done and we get to enjoy the meal together! Coty is a fun hostess and chef teacher,... More

This cooking school is in cocos own home, yet looks like a commercial cooking school setting. She has a great set up with cooking stations scattered around a semicircle. She is very personable and helpful, answering questions and giving many tips etc. We made several recipes and everything tasted great. We left very full. Wine, beer and other beverages were... More
