A poor experience with a sad presentation that is stinky and poorly maintained. Poor birds that are not treated well. They are roughly treated and the place is not well taken care of. Do not even waste your money.

We did get to see a few neat birds but had been told that this was a sanctuary where the indigenous birds were free to come and go. However some (like the parrots) are kept in place and one big section is caged. There was...More

Great place. Laid out nice and easy to get around. Its very clean. The birds freaked me out a bit as you had to walk down a narrow path right by them but it was still really cool and educational.

A very fun experience for family, kids,, friends or even solo. Beautiful, small park like setting in the jungle with numerous birds.

I've never been so close to a great egret. Truly thrilling for me. It cost a $20 entry fee, but, if you love birds, it was worth it. We saw all different kinds of egrets, ibis, storks, pelicans, and flamingos, plus some other tropical birds...More

I love birds so I thought this would be a great self excursion while staying in playa del Carmen. Not worth it. Sponsored by the Playa del Carmen mall and you pay $20 to get in to see five different types of birds. Not worth...More

This park made us so happy! To see these birds in a mostly uncaged environment was such a joy. We were in Playa 10 days. Aside from Chichen Itzha, this was our most awed moments. Thank you Mexico for being friends with citizens from the...More
