This was our second time going to this part of Mexico for diving and fun. The last time we were they we used an off-site dive shop and had a not so good experience. On the day before we left was when we used Scubacaribe for the first time. Wow what a difference! This time we decided to use them... More

We walked by a Scuba Caribe kiosk out by the beach at Playa del Carman. They urged us to look at their beautiful tour pictures. We had mentioned that we heard that the best snorkeling in the world was in Cozumel. They said that no, you had to dive to see anything good there. They told us that the best... More

Good afternoon Edgar, Many thanks for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. We believe you´re refering to our tour to Akumal-chikiha, which is one of our star tours and where it is very unusual to have a bad review. It would be very helpful for us to know your details so that we can find... More

I initially tried the free pool session offered by my hotel (Riu Tequila), and it convinced me and two of my friends to try it for real. I've forgotten his name, but the male Associate at the Riu Tequila did a good job explaining the basics and what we would get if we did complete a full dive. Afterwards and... More

Good morning, Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, we don´t have more details to analize your specific case, but we never kick our clients off before the time limit. We do tell them from the distance what the time is because most of them don´t take any watch into the water and they should know when is time to go... More

Great scubadividing experience: I was able to get an Open Water Diver certification with very knowledgeable and skillful staff. I truly enjoyed each of four dives, support from the instructor, underwater scenery, and the overall atmosphere. I sincerely recommend Scubacaribe facility at Riu Palace Riviera Maya.

Having dived with Scubacaribe twice before I knew what to expect, they are always very professional and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I did miss my daily trip on the Jet-Ski from the Playacar to the Turquessa, which use to be the case two years ago, so now you have to walk a whole few minutes along one... More

We had originally planned to do our dolphin experience at Xcaret because we thought as it was my sisters birthday we would have plenty to do and make a day of it. However it is very expensive and then we got chatting to Ricardo. Ricardo works at scubacaribe at the stand in Riu palace Mexico and he is so friendly... More

On this vacation to Playa del Carmen, I wasn't sure if I was going to have time to scuba dive, but a day in my busy week opened up and I signed up to scuba dive with Scuba Caribe. Scuba Caribe is located within the premise of RIU Palace, Riviera Maya Hotel. The cost wasn't bad. It was $150 for... More
