After having an amazing time with my 12 year old daughter we were shown the photos that were taken by the staff - we couldn't take our cameras. We had to pay $137 US to get all or none of the pictures. What an absolute turn off after paying less then that per person for the activity. So now after... More

The staff at Dolphinaris were all very friendly and knowledgeable, however, arriving at the location for our swim & ride, I was shocked to see how small the pool was that housed 4 or 5 dolphins! I immediately regretted my purchase and feel horribly that I put money into supporting dolphins in captivity. I obviously should have known better, but... More

This attraction is a part of the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum resort (see my new review), payment can be charged to the room, and paid for on check out. I myself did this in 2010 when I stayed at the Sian Ka'an resort, and enjoyed it thoroughly. There are different packages for different experiences, all pretty pricey though. you interact... More

I've done this dolphin swim at a couple of places now and this would be my 2nd choice next to Xcaret. It is small and you can't really feel good about having the animals in such a confined space. The interaction here is great though and the trainers are very nice. The other really nice thing about this park is... More

We booked this through the resort for my son instead of going off-resort and wasting a half day. I was originally against it because the pool looks so small and the viewing area so far away. He had a fabulous experience and loved it so much so I won't diminish that. I still do feel like I got ripped off... More

We didn't do the swimming with the dophins (starts at around $90 I think) but the free show at 11:30am every day was really good. The location is right within the hotel grounds of Grand Bahia, Principe, Tulum and is a must for hotel guests.

I cannot say enough good things about this!!! Trainer for the day is WORTH THE COST!!! First though I want to say to the people who haven't taken the time to listen and learn that these animals are NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST being abused. So unless you take the time (we spent 7 hours and that was still just tip... More

As you mention, the Trainer for a Day is our most complete dolphin swim program, it includes lots of educational and fun activities! In Dolphinaris we are glad that you enjoyed to interact and swim with dolphins. We recommend our visitors to add a photo package with their online reservation, and book in advance in our website for great discounts. More
