Aldo was very nice and very accommodating. The Sian Ka'an Reserve is beautiful and floating down the canals through the mangroves was great. The snorkeling was not great, a little choppy and I didn't see anything that I had not seen many times before. The...More

We drove down the peninsula one day and we were disappointed by the lack of access to the coast. I was surprised to see so many private homes blocking access to the coast inside a nature reserve! When we could find a spot to park...More

Aldo, our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. We had a great tour even though the reef was to choppy for snorkeling. The float down the Mayan canal was the best. Lunch was delicious! Highly recommended!

I have emailed "visit sankaan twice about rates/availability in October 2017. I have not heard anything in return. Does anyone have pointers of how to reach them? If they're supposed to be the best they don't seem to be interested in booking future trips. :(

I would just be patient and reach out again in a few days if you haven't heard back. It's just Aldo and his wife so they may have been busy the past few days :)
