Had a great time in this class. I learned a lot and yet, the recipes were relatively simple and easy to follow along. Ramon and is assistant Patricia were very nice.

We helped prepare and ate several dishes. An octopus starter, and sea bass entree and a fruit dessert. The chef was an excellent teacher. We thoroughly enjoyed the class. This was a highlight of our trip!
