First its swimmable for kids (5+). Second its public and accessible. Third its not crowded. Fourth no vendors or loud music. Finally its gorgeous white gravely sand and clear blue water.

No there is not. There are several dive shops in Cabo along the wharf that you can rent from and there is a dive shop in San Jose Del Cabo.

You can get a taxi to take you here, no need for a tour co. Bring everything you need as there are no services here.
