The church was built in the 1600s and is a definite tourist attraction in Antigua. Lots of tourists around all the time. The church is quaint and very unique in its construction impressive considering it is still around

You will almost certainly pass this small church on a trip from St John's to Shirley Heights. It is very simple, honest and offers an opportunity for a few moments for peace and thought before arriving at the bust tourist spots. A small donation if you are able will help the local people with renovations.

Our Pelican Safari Tours driver offered us a quick stop here on the way down from Galley Bay toward Nelson's Dockyard, and glad we did partake. A lot of history here, church dates back to 1842 or so, quaint exterior, plain but meaningful interior. They clearly have a need for restoration. Would definitely advocate taking a look.

We were on a tour with Sonny and Muriel. They are wonderful people, and I would recommend their tour. The church was very nice, but the hardest thing to see there was a mother dog, that was just skin and bones. My husband went to a near by store and bought some dog food for her, and she gobbled it up. If you take the tour with Sonny and Muriel, please bring some dog food in case the dog is still there.

We were taking a tour of the island passing through the town of Liberta and stopped here for a visit.

The church was built in the early 1800's. The colored stones of the building are found on the island without having to paint them.

Inside, it is a very plain church.

We stopped here as part of tour to Nelson's Dockyard from our cruise ship. It is supposedly island's oldest church. Very interesting Gothic architecture. You see it all in five minutes.
