When coming to Banff you gotta do this. It's an expensive ride @ $62pp Canadian but at the top you will feel on top of the world. There is a restaurant and cafe up there but it's also expensive so be prepared. Leave your car...More

We visited this attraction after hiking Lake Louise up to Big Beehive; this was very laid back and relaxing. And, if you go at 4:30 pm the price is reduced. Nice interpretative walk at the top that ends at a nice building with animal displays...More

We took the gondola early at 9am, and it is worth doing that. An hour later the town shuttle takes more visitors, and the coach tours increase. It is very expensive for a gondola tribute the views are excellent and the boardwalk at the top...More

Hello, we were told from Banff Tourism Office that the gondola ride is free as from 7PM. As I cannot find this information anywhere on Internet, I'm wondering if that is correct? Thanks.
