Our last destination on this tour was to Bow Falls, a major waterfall albeit wide and short, on the Bow River, within walking distance of the Banff Springs Hotel. We could just make out the grandeur of the distant mountains over the long view of...More

Really pretty walk to Bow Falls. Regardless of the cool temp, it was wonderful walking to see it. It's absolutely lovely.

A short walk from the town. Worthwhile very pretty, sit and watch the water go by then go and have a pint in the pub round the corner.

This is a beautiful place to check out and a very easy walk. Just park by the falls and have a good look at them. This is a good activity in summer or winter

The paths are almost all paved and with built in steps so not steep at all but you need to be okay with stairs. About a 3 minute drive to the parking lot from centre of town.
