Lot's happening at Chinook. With Saks Fifth Avenue officially taking over the previous Target space, that pretty well seals it that for high-end shopping, Chinook is "it". Downtown does have Holt Renfrew, but there's lots more at that level in Chinook. But there are still many down-to-earth options, like the great food court, Shopper's Drug Mart, and other regular stores.... More

We found this mall confusing in its layout and ended up walking more. Appreciated the many soft benches that were everywhere. Loved the food court as it was clean and bright with excellent selections. We found a lot of great sales and many unique stores.

Huge, spacious and full of great shops, there is something for everyone at Chinook (though, with HMV closing down, its not the easiest place to get certain multimedia and pop-culture things, even with a shop next door that caters to that). The food court is full of variety and has all of your Calgary favourites, including Taco Time. The mall... More

Visited during girls weekend. Chinook has exactly what you would expect to find at a mall but is a still a great place to shop. We stop there every time we are in Calgary. You can spend the better part of a day here, no problem. There is a movie theatre, restaurants, etc too. Parking is awful (especially on a... More

Has everything you might want. An absolutely huge shopping centre. Has everything, could spend hours there shopping. Plenty of food to keep you going if you need to as well. Worth checking out and doing your shopping here if visiting.

At the Chinook Centre you find everything you are looking for. Expensive boutique style shops, chains, as well as cute small shops that have all sorts of funky stuff to sell. I enjoyed this mall very much. The food court is average size, but it has an old style carousel for the kids!

This is a big mall and has a variety of shops. Very clean and modern mall. It has free wifi throughout. The shops range from high end store to good discounted prices. You could easily spend the day here looking around. Has a good court on the second floor in the centre of the mall. Many bars and restaurants right... More

Plenty of places to shop in this mall. Chinook is becoming more and more trendy with its upscale stores. Most of the time it's hard to find a parking spot but in general you can eventually find a place.
