I know, doing a review on a river is a bit odd, but you have to see it to believe it. It is beautiful, with a lot to see. Experience it.

Beautiful, breathtakingly so. The water is crystal clear and the rapids along it are so unexpected but truly awesome.

Lots of summer tourists, but I understand why. Just remember NOT to get out of car to take pictures- if bears get used to seeing you, they will endanger their own future by coming closer to towns.

The Bow River starts in the Rockies and goes through the north part of downtown Calgary. In the summer, you'll see many people in the city floating down the river in inner tubes and little rafts.
